Hey so last year I got a job working on a short film at the National Film & Television School.

My job was assistant animator & background artist, production lasted for about 7 months and I had a great time, best job ever.  Watch the trailer! It’s a great film!

I must draw, but I have few references. 

Also It’s not finished.

Lets make a joke everyone has made, but darker.

I’ve come to realize that I may have a job in CG special effects. Thus taking jobs away from practical effects. I feel conflicted. 

It’s not wrong to keep it to yourself, but if you want your project to grow it might be wise to share it. Sometimes a fresh set of eyes can help point out what’s wrong or what they like that you totally are unaware of. But if you’re still concerned with sharing it share with someone you trust, and let them know you’re willing to hear their honest opinion. Some of the criticism might sting, but it’s always good to hear it.

Unless they’re a jerk bag.
